• Requirements to view student properties is a current SLU ID. All other properties require a current driver's license.

• Application fee is $20.00 per person.

• Water is pro-rated at most complexes.

• Prices are subject to change.

• No Pets Over 10lbs.

• Parent/Guardian must co-sign a one year lease.

• Subject to credit approval.
